TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Europe is a unique high-performance testing and development facility based in Cologne, Germany, with a branch in Finland.

Toyota Gazoo Racing Europe is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Toyota Motor Corporation and also the home of TOYOTA works motorsport in Europe. TOYOTA’s successful World Endurance Championship (WEC) and World Rally Championship (WRC) campaigns are operated by TGR-E.

The World Rally Team is operated by a dedicated team of 150 colleagues in Finland.

We are now looking for a Quality Engineer to strengthen our Quality team in Jyväskylä Finland.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an employee who has strong communication and negotiation skills to work together within our internal- and supplier quality processes. We appreciate hands-on attitude towards work and understanding of basic quality inspection tasks. This position mainly focuses on cooperation with internal and external stakeholders as well as developing our quality processes. To support your success in this position we wish that you have understanding of reading technical drawings and a basic knowledge of industrial measurement is seen beneficial.

As a requirement for this position we expect you to have good written and oral English skills as English is our main working language. We also require basic IT knowledge to succeed in this position, prior knowledge of SAP, Teamcenter and CATIA are seen as an advantage but not a requirement. We do not expect you to know everything yet but you are eager to learn and seek out information.
