Gearbox Technician

We are now looking for an experienced Gearbox Technician to strengthen our team in Jyväskylä Finland. 

Gearbox assemblies, rebuilds, and services are the primary focus of this job. This role is ideal for someone with a strong hands-on approach and a passion for assembly work, in this role strong practical skills and experience are valued.  

A relevant education (or skills gained trough work) combined with work experience of mechanical gearbox tasks, are required. Experience from working with cars or personal projects —especially in racing — is considered an advantage. Most importantly, we value a proactive attitude and passion for the field. Our team is international, so we hope you have the courage to use your English skills, however native-level proficiency is not required.  

Our goal is to maintain and enhance our excellent work quality, and we’re looking for someone who shares this mindset with a positive, practical work attitude. We also wish you to be precise of the quality of your work, have good teamwork as well as basic IT skills. Our team uses tools like Teamcenter and Testlogger; having prior experience with these can be beneficial. As a Gearbox Technician, you will be working in our Jyskä workshop and in the test and rallies, which is why we would like you to be willing and enthusiastic to travel. We also hope you find challenges motivating and can perform effectively in time-sensitive situations too.
