HR Coordinator

We are now looking for an HR Coordinator, for a fixed-term substitution, to strengthen our Administration department in Jyväskylä Finland.

As an HR Coordinator at TGR-WRT, you would be working as part of a 5-person team in which your main responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment cycle, working hand in hand with hiring managers to attract and retain the best talent while ensuring that all recruitment activities comply with legal regulations and internal policies. Your role will also involve contributing to the development of our employer brand, helping to promote a positive and attractive company image.

Additionally, you will prepare monthly reports and collaborate with our payroll provider to ensure accurate payroll processing. You’ll also play a role in maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems. As an HR Coordinator at TGR-WRT, your responsibilities will be diverse, providing essential support across departments. You will handle a variety of tasks related to the employee lifecycle and employment matters.
