Quality Engineer

We are now looking for a Quality Engineer to strengthen our Quality team in Jyväskylä Finland.

We are looking for someone with strong communication and negotiation skills to work together with our internal and supplier quality processes. We appreciate hands-on attitude towards work and understanding of basic quality inspection tasks. A relevant education (for example mechanical or automotive engineering) and/or previous experience, would be beneficial. This position mainly focuses on cooperation with internal and external stakeholders as well as developing our quality processes. To support your success in this position we wish that you have understanding of reading technical drawings and a basic knowledge of industrial measurement is seen beneficial.  Experience from working with cars or personal projects — especially in racing — is a nice bonus but  most importantly we value a proactive attitude and passion for the field.

As a requirement for this position we expect you to have good written and oral English skills as English is our main working language in our international company. We also require basic IT knowledge to succeed in this position, prior knowledge of Microsoft Business central, Teamcenter and CATIA are seen as an advantage but not a requirement. We do not expect you to know everything yet but you are eager to learn and seek out information.
