IT Coordinator

Are you ready to take ownership of IT tasks at our new site in Germany?

We’re looking for a proactive and self-driven IT Generalist who can handle local support, guide users, and drive IT projects forward. You will be working in cloud native environment utilizing Zero-trust architecture in the core. This is a great opportunity to grow as an IT professional — think of it as a “crash course” into the world of IT. Your onboarding will take place at our site in Jyväskylä, Finland after which you’ll either relocate to Germany or travel there extensively. You’ll be part of a larger team — you won’t be alone — but you’ll need to be comfortable working independently.

What You’ll Do:

• Work as a member of TGR-WRT IT team
• Focus on taking responsibility for IT tasks for new site.
• During induction period you will focus on learning the environment
• Provide local IT support and assist users with various tools and systems.
• Execute and coordinate IT projects as part of IT team
• Perform basic maintenance and infrastructure tasks.
• Assist in sourcing and managing local IT contracts (e.g. mobile plans, internet services).
