フィンランド・ユヴァスキュラに位置する現地法人にて経営企画スペシャリストを募集しています。 所属部署となるCorporate Planning Groupで、経営企画の業務、各種プロジェクトの遂行に当たっていただくとともに、社内他部署や、親会社、その他ステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーション業務が想定されます。 主な職務: • 経営企画部マネージャー、及び CEO の指示に従って業務を遂行 • 新しいビジネスアイデアの創出、プロジェクトの立ち上げ主導、及びそれらを会社のビジネスとして転換 • 日本にある親会社、及びその他関係者との円滑なコミュニケーション • 予算計画、社内規則の管理・構築、及び様々なタスクについてその他社内部門と連携 • 経営企画マネージャー及びCEO へ随時レポート
