Junior Technician

We are now looking for a Junior Technician to strengthen our team in Jyväskylä Finland. 

This role involves hands-on mechanical work focused on assembling rally cars, including both new builds and rebuilds. 

We are looking for someone with a strong technical understanding of cars and car parts, as well as solid hands-on skills. A relevant education and/or previous experience, such as in car maintenance, would be beneficial. Experience from working with cars or personal projects – especially in racing – is considered an advantage. Most importantly, we value a proactive attitude and passion for the field. 

Our team is international, so we hope you have the courage to use your English skills. It’s enough that you understand the language and can be understood – native-level proficiency is not required. We also wish you to be precise of the quality of your work, have good teamwork as well as basic IT skills. We hope you find challenges motivating and can perform effectively also in time-sensitive situations. Our goal is to maintain and find ways to upgrade our excellent work quality and we wish that you share the same mind-set with positive and hands-on-work attitude.
