What we’re looking for:

• Relevant Education/Experience: A background in mechanical work, car maintenance, or personal projects  is helpful but not required. This role is perfect for anyone looking to explore the industry and gain valuable experience
• Assembly Skills: Experience in car assembly is an advantage, but we’re more interested in your willingness to learn
• Proactive Attitude: This is your chance to get involved and take initiative — we value a hands-on work ethic and enthusiasm to get things done
• Language Skills: Our team is international, so we hope you’re comfortable using English. You don’t need to be fluent, just able to communicate and understand basic instructions

Must-Haves:

• 18 years of age or older
• Courage to use your English skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Basic IT knowledge
• A positive, approachable, and hands-on attitude
• Comfortable with hands-on work in a workshop environment
• Some work experience: no long history needed, just enough to show you understand working life and have a proactive attitude
