Technician

We are now looking for an experienced Technician to strengthen our team in Jyväskylä Finland. 

This role involves mechanical work focused on assembling rally cars, including both new builds and rebuilds. This role is ideal for someone with a strong hands-on approach and a passion for building cars, in this role practical skills and experience are valued.  

We are looking for someone with mechanical understanding of cars and car parts as well as solid practical skills. A relevant education (or skills gained trough work) combined with already at least few years of work experience, such as in car maintenance, are required. Experience from working with cars or personal projects – especially in racing – is considered an advantage. Most importantly, we value a proactive attitude and passion for the field. 

Our team is international, so we hope you have the courage to use your English skills, however native-level proficiency is not required. We also wish you to be precise of the quality of your work, have good teamwork as well as basic IT skills. We hope you find challenges motivating and can perform effectively also in time-sensitive situations. Our goal is to maintain and enhance our excellent work quality, and we’re looking for someone who shares this mindset with a positive, practical work attitude. this role you will be collaborating with various departments. We wish that you are able to communicate and express yourself in English, however native-level proficiency is not required. As a Technician you might be working at tests and rallies too, which is why we would like you to be ready to travel if needed.
